Homemade Pizza (Wrap)
Serves 4
Ingredients
· Mix 4 x tablespoons of tomato paste and 4 tablespoons of passata (or tinned tomatoes)
· 2 x teaspoons mixed herbs
· 4 x wraps
· 1 x 125g ball of mozzarella
· 60g grated mozzarella
Toppings (optional, choose your favourite combinations)
· Sliced mushrooms
· Pineapple chunks
· Sweetcorn
· Red onion
· Cooked Chicken breast (cut into small pieces)
Serve with a side salad of spinach/rocket, tomatoes, red onion and balsamic vinegar
Method
1. Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius
2. Place the wraps on a baking tray. Coat the tomato sauce on each one leaving room on the outside to form the crust
3. Cut the mozzarella ball into small pieces add to each of the pizzas. Then add the grated mozzarella on top of this
4. Add the desired toppings
5. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted
Serve with a side salad
